**Note - the tutorial is not for beginners, but for those who are already familiar with the wet felting, and can work with a template. Decoration stage can be done with children too.

Bowl of Warm Soapy water & Bar of Soap
Two small pieces of Bubble Wrap
Mesh Fabric
Rolling Pin or a Rounded Stick.
Old Towel, Ruler, Scissors
Thick Plastic Film for a Template.
Thin Plastic Film ( e.g. plastic bag)
