UK Standard Shipping
Royal Mail is always slow at Christmas please allow at least 5-7 working days for standard delivery.

We typically process and ship orders within 2 working days (Mon-Fri).

After the item is shipped (allow 2 working days for processing), the expected delivery time is 3-5 working days. It may take longer during busy periods.

For heavier items (0-15kg), tracked shipping is £8.50.

Delivery Address Mistakes 🤦♀️❌😬

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address (e.g., incomplete, addressee unknown, inaccessible, refused, etc.), postage and packaging charges will NOT be refunded, and you’ll need to pay for re-delivery.
Important! It’s your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided. We wouldn’t want your parcel going on a holiday without you! 🌍
International Shipping 🌐
- VAT is not included for international customers and will be charged upon entry to your country.
- We ship globally, though some restrictions may apply for certain items.
Important Note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees might apply upon arrival, and these are the recipient's responsibility.
- If you’re sending products to someone else, ensure they’re aware they’ll be responsible for these charges.
- Sadly, we cannot predict these charges. We advise checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns Policy 🔄
Change of Heart? ❤️
- You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.
- If it's our mistake (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping. 🎉
Cooling-off period:
- If you withdraw from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will refund the standard postage cost for delivery to you. However, we cannot refund the return shipping costs.
Refunds:

Expect your refund within four weeks (often sooner!).
- Please do note that if your revised order total no longer qualifies for free shipping or any applied discounts, these will be deducted from the refund accordingly.
