Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

How to cancel

You can cancel by emailing us at web.thefeltbox@gmail.com, or by writing to us at the address in our Legal notice. Please give us your name and order number so we can identify your purchase. We will send you confirmation of your cancellation by email.

Returning the goods

After cancelling, please return the item(s) to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Your refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them), using the same payment method you used to order. We refund the price of the goods plus the standard delivery cost; we are not required to refund any extra you paid for express delivery.

Items that can’t be cancelled

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification, clearly personalised, or sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Standard wool, kits and tools are fully covered by the right above.
