This practical core wool bundle contains two chunky carded sliver fibres that are ideal for building the internal structure of needle felting projects. Both fibres are carded into long sliver strips which makes them easy to wrap, layer, and shape. Many needle felters use this type of wool as core wool when creating the base of their projects before adding coloured wool on top. Because the fibres are slightly coarser and longer than finishing wool, they felt down quickly and compact firmly, helping you build volume efficiently.
